owner communication pleasant room reliable wifi fresh towels
the owner's communication was great. the room i had was really pleasant. the wifi worked really well. plus i loved that they had fresh towels daily, so thoughtful
the hallway lighting was a little dim at night, maybe some brighter bulbs would help.

The room had a fridge, i liked that. the apartment on the ground floor fit my family of seven perfectly, it seemed like home. the kitchen included everything we needed. It was fully equipped.
the front door to the building remained unlocked when i arrived, anyone could have entered.

problematic shower limited space
The shower was quite problematic. It wouldn't stay on hot. I either had to endure a cold shower or skip it altogether. The size of the room also presented an issue for my family, as there was limited space to move around (this was a bit disappointing). There was no staff present, so contacting someone for the key code or WiFi password required texting, something not clearly communicated. I think a clearer check-in process would be helpful.

Central location, great value
excellent location useful facilities on-street parking comfortable stay
The location was excellent. It was only a short walk to the trams. I found useful facilities. The kitchenette was a big bonus for preparing breakfast. On-street parking was available, a convenient feature. The house provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay (I especially liked the quietness).
I noticed very slight drafts in some areas of the room, but nothing too bothersome.

The kitchenette was well-equipped, including a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cooking utensils, convenient for preparing simple meals. Free wifi access was available throughout the hotel. I found the connection reliable for streaming and browsing. On-street parking added value.

convenient location cozy bed helpful staff
The shop located nearby proved useful for daily needs. My room came equipped with a comfy bed. I noticed that the staff were kind, they helped with any problems I had. I appreciated the warm welcome I received when I arrived.
I did find the room a little smaller than I expected it.
